Just realized this was the same weekend as Metallica's 'Orion' music festival in AC.. gotta work out the logistics to see how I can pull both off.
If we spin the coilovers on my BMW up all the way.. we might be able to get it through some greens / blues and haul ass back to AC at night.. LOL
Wouldn't post this here but i THINK it had MD plates:
Green 97+, Mild ~3" Lift, JCR bumper with light bar, Crane diff cover.
Terremark Datacenter, Culpeper, Virginia - 12/13/2011.
Thanks for the suggestion, I'll have a look into them.
I'm up in that neck of the woods all the time (friends in Lodi, Heights, etc.). 20 is probably about right, I've done Lodi in 17ish minutes :P
My comment on the CSF's from another thread a few weeks back:
OEM Radiator lasted 1989-2006. Swapped in a CSF 3-Core from RadiatorBarn in June of 2006 and just had it replaced under warranty for a leaking tank/core seam and vertical strap that had broken. Just over 5 years and 10,000mi on it...
Let's try this again, shall we?
Hard to believe it was 2 years ago that I last took any real interest in my Jeep. Things ended up getting stupid-hectic and despite my still incredible busy schedule I've decided to get back to my roots and use my XJ as a means of relieving work-related stress...

Thankfully RadiatorBarn makes the warranty replacement pretty...
Speaking of which.. Does anybody have a preferred place for axle work around here.. I just dont have the time to do anything and I really want to get this stuff all taken care of before the snow settles in.
haha, thanks! The GTI is for sale, if anyone is interested... makes for a fun DD that turns TONS of heads. (and.. tends to scrape dead animals off the ground).
You can't imagine how much i was laughing when i logged in and saw that thread still there, it was hysterical.. I made that RIGHT...
Whats going on everybody?
It's been a pretty significant amount of time since I've posted, or even browsed the forums, and I cant begin to say how glad I am that the NAC forum is twice as active as it was when I left. I've been out of the Jeep scene since early 2007 when I picked up my new DD...
Been out of the game for a while but it looks like this may be my first dive back in. I'll see if i can get my list of shit finished intime (parts have been sitting here for 2 years since i bought my vw, so yeah.. should be interesting)
Mine hasnt even rolled 50 yet, so meh...
So, based on 47,000 miles in 19 years, my jeep will roll 200k in approximately august of 2069, making myself 81 years old and the jeep 80.. nicce.
If anyone could do me a favor when they get there, just give John a heads up that Matt (JoeShmo) wont be making it. Things just arent working out my way this year.
