I feel like the best way to fix the bent unibody is to take to a frame shop to pull it out best they can and then add frame stiffeners. Should be able to pop out the door dents fairly easily from the inside. The "A" pillar might be just a hammer it until the door operates and seals normally. Not...
The one that Ive heard is the best is the King Offroad Parts kit. No experience as I only have the old HD offroad mids installed on mine.

Something else to consider is the King Offroad and the Ruffstuff are 3/16"...
The rubicon has no requirements as it is a county road. There are requirements for NAXJA official runs and recommendations for you to enjoy your time on the trail.
Your build is above both and should have minimal issues.
It's much easier than it used to be for all. Just so happens that it's 10x easier when a paid member.
Maybe @macgyvr or someone else that posts pics as a non paying member can explain how to post now.
+3
Wrong coast but would be there to help. If you havent already, might look on FB for a local jeep club or the FB NAXJA NAC group.
Unfortunately the forums dont get as much traffic as they used to even though they are the best source for information. The FB groups are at this point a better...
Technically you still have a closed system since the tank is not vented even though you have the radiator cap (I Believe).
I just did this (Mainly because of rad price) before a trip to Moab in Oct and havent had any issues after 6 days of wheeling.
But now that Im thinking about it, I dont...
What an idiot (other driver). That looked like a pretty decent hit, how fast were you going?
Hard to tell in the pics but the quarter looks like it may be buckled (from the truck or possibly a tweaked unibody)
Alright, Just because it is past the deadline does not mean it is too late to sign-up; just shirt size is no longer guaranteed. Justin mentioned that he is going to be making a few extra shirts so you have a chance for the right size still.

I thought the WJ unit bearings had the same spline count and fit on the XJ shaft.
I recall a few people doing autocross jeeps that (I thought) bolted a WJ bearing up without a spacer and ran with it. Only need the spacer for an XJ bearing.
Pretty sure it was foxwar71 but unfortunately all the...
What Phil is trying to say is you have to become a paying member of the forums to have easier posting of photos. Otherwise, you need to do what XJEEPER mentioned and have the pics hosted on a different website and share them via the linkable URL.
To become a member, find any of the march...
My $.02 is to RTV the petcock in place and allow to fully cure before messing with it so you are less likely for it to get loose junk in the cooling system. Then continue your fill/flush with the lower rad hose.
Id do that before buying a new radiator. But if you go that route and still have...
The Main trail is going to hopefully be Dusy during the week. The Friday/Saturday trails are probably going to be Bald Mountain and Red/Coyote lake. I believe Swamp Lake is a backup for Dusy.
