Event Registrations

Not I. They can do it.

I would just edit the text to reflect current values and delete the form at the bottom and replace with a link to my store above.

I will edit the pricing to reflect what you stated today. I still have some fine-tuning to do with the dinner tickets as stated. I also need to think about how to tackle sign-ups.

One question - Do we want to provide a small membership discount if you do it upon signup? I can add that as an option (that can only be purchsed along with registration) then we would send the information on to the mebmership team.

Thoughts?

I'm good with that on the small discount

Maybe set it the same as a renewal?

My thinking here is that way if folks cart and pay for that item but are either already members or qualify for the renewal rate we won't have to deal with any potential backlash for partial refunds.

Richard - What about kids and women cut shirts? We've been doing that in SoCal and it's been a popular option.

Hoody - Are we talking a pullover with a large pocket or a zip front?

Check the site again, plase: http://www.naxja-socal.org/store/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=8 I've updated some stuff.

I still have the dinners gig to polish up, but I'm done for tonight. I can always polish that up after we go live if needed too.

I'd love to let the tigers loose tomorrow!

PS - Please don't cart and buy these items until I report back. I have not given Carol a heads up about this yet.

Kids and womens shirts are a good idea. I don't have pricing but I'm sure we're good with what you have.

A new mebership the same price as a renewal, along with an event registration, sounds goodto me.

Yes, one person or vehicle per registration, then extra Fri dinners. Other food is OK as it's simple and relatively inexpensive.

Maybe its just me but I don't understand from the description.

Is a registration required per vehicle or per person? Another member is driving out with me. Should he just pay for dinners or does he need to register? I assume he needs to register.

What about kids? Sorry I'm to lazy to read through the tread.

Kids and non-drivers just need the additional meals and shirts.

Now my question is what about additional drivers though? Rainer and I are driving out in my red Jeep and will be sharing it. I assume we both should register, yes?

If that's the case it seems like you are registering the vehicle not the driver.

I am sure plenty of people will share driving with friends and spouses. Don't know how you would even monitor and enforce that

I'd lean toward vehicle registrations myself to simplify things but I have no authoritah. Any way we do it some cheap bastards are going to try to beat the system.

If u want a registration packet with all included items you register.

Otherwise you are just am additional dinner.,.

mac 'my take' gyvr
